What's New?

Spring has sprung my friends! It's beautiful and by far the best time to be in Provo!! Skyler has been busy at his summer internship working for BYU intramurals. He has been having a lot of fun officiating soccer and softball games and he's doing such a good job!! Here is a picture in his very official outfit! We also held the First Annual Truman Show Extravaganza! The Truman Show is James and Skyler's all-time favorite movie (they've seen it at least 20 times together dating back to freshman year of college). One day they decided to take it to the next level and hold a Truman Show celebration once a year. They counted back 10, 909 days, from the movie cover, and commemorate the good times on that day. Ironically enough the day fell on James's birthday, May 6th! Allison and I tagged along for the fun.

Well, we're still plugging along. The sunshine is wonderful and we're grateful to have family and friends close by!

Getting Our Ducks in a Row

Today I was walking on campus and this is what I saw. It was absolutely adorable! There were probably nine little ducklings all cute and yellow following their mother across a sidewalk on campus. I thought of that one children's story and of Mother's Day this Sunday. Just thought I'd share and Happy Early Mother's Day!

San Diego Trip

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to go to Poway! We were very excited. Rebekah's cousin, Kirk, got married to his beautiful bride Jenna last Saturday morning in the San Diego temple! Here are a few pictures from our trip:

Family dinner the night before the wedding. Mexican food - YUM!

Some late night golfing aka Skyler's most recent obsession. It was said that Rebekah is "a natural" at golf with a near perfect golf stance. That was pretty cool.

Fun with the camera while waiting for the bride and groom.

Skyler is holding the Angel Moroni.

Squishing Rebekah.

Daww! Siblings re-united.

The happy married couple! AND, they are going to be our neighbors! We are very excited to have Kirk and Jenna move into our ward.

Spring term is turning out to be just as busy as Fall and Winter. We are both taking classes and working. Skyler is working two jobs at intramurals and his on-campus job. Rebekah is still working at her jobs and currently getting involved in some research projects with her professors. But, the sun in shining and we're finding time to still have lots of fun!
